YL flange coupling and YLD flange coupling are manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB5843-86. This type of coupling is mainly suitable for connecting two coaxial cylindrical transmission shafts, and the nominal torque transmitted is 10-20000N.m.
There are two main structural forms of YL flange coupling:
① The two-axis alignment is achieved by using bolts in the hinged holes and the torque is transmitted by the bolt rod being subjected to extrusion and shearing;
② It is aligned by matching the shoulder on one half coupling with the groove on another factory direct YL flange coupling rigid coupling wholesale. The bolts connecting the two half-couplings can use ordinary bolts of grade A and B, and the torque is transmitted by the friction torque of the joint surfaces of the two half-couplings. The flange coupling is easy to use, can transmit a large torque, and requires high neutrality during installation. It is mainly used in occasions with good rigidity, low speed and stable load.
